Plotted to show how the algorithm to 70s Pop worked. The plan was to cut this up into tile and show them being rearranged in a video. In the end I used a different plot and this escaped going under the knife. This is a variable open editing, but at the time I was using the "1/1 U.P." mark for unique print, while trying to figure out how to label generative physical work when each one is different. I've since settled for V.E. (Variable Edition), which itself can be part of either a limited or open edition. Algorithmic art is tricky to label!
